Life Science Center

The community of Gräfelfing, located in southwest Munich, has developed into one of the most important life science clusters in Europe over the past 25 years. More than 100 companies – from start-ups to international conglomerates – in the field of life sciences have settled there. Aventin Value Investment Gmbh is developing the “Life Science Center” on a 4,900 m2 site, which is of very high quality technically, conceptually and also in terms of design.

Intep advises Aventin GmbH with a sustainability concept that meets the highest current standards. In its capacity as LEED Accredited Professional, intep provides all LEED-related consulting services to building owners and planners. Intep also calculates the energy simulation, takes over the commissioning and performs all required services up to 10 months after commissioning. A life cycle analysis is also performed for all relevant building components of the building to be certified.
