She has worked in consulting and planning in structural engineering and environmental consulting, and in research she has focused on the development of sustainable construction methods. At intep, she focuses on research into sustainable construction and certification. She also supports the development of guidelines for sustainable construction with concrete at the German Committee for Reinforced Concrete (DafStb).
