Ren\u00e9 Sigg discusses the impact of new national and international standards as well as the fourth generation of the St. Gallen Management Model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He highlights the importance of digitalization and the efforts to integrate methods such as Building Information Modelling (BIM) into ProLeMo. Additionally, the new model has been expanded to include the life cycle dimension, covering the provision and utilization phases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ren\u00e9 Sigg illustrates how the revision of ProLeMo has strengthened the importance of facility management and outlines the benefits for its users.
