Facts

Project period

2015-2016

Client

Landsea Group Holding Ltd.

Intep was commissioned to support the Client and their design team by establishing concise building component requirements, creating Passive House energy models, evaluating proposed retrofit design concepts for the building envelope (typical slab, wall and roof assemblies, windows and doors, potential thermal bridging and air tightness layer), as well as the development of typical mechanical systems (ventilation, heating/ cooling and dehumidification, renewable energy systems). Subsequently, we were tasked to propose and manage the implmentation of solutions and measures which meet the previously established component targets. Our work was conducted across three continents in a dynamic team and process, and enabled the implementation of measures on the construction of the first of the three buildings to put Landsea on track to deliver high-performance projects in their home market.
