About me

My interest in real sustainability was shaped by the natural landscape of Salzburg when I was growing up. During my studies as a timber construction engineer and master carpenter, I recognized and experienced the ingenuity of wood as a material and the vast array of ways it can be used. For me, a holistic approach is central to the fact that the buildings we create serve people, wildlife, and nature.

My technical expertise is the result of more than 15 years of experience with projects, lecturing, and sustainability around Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, including internships in the USA. I bring with me a wide-ranging and diverse skill set, creativity, intuition, and a healthy dose of openness to new ideas.

For me, my essential task at intep is networking and deepening of modular timber construction in line with international sustainability standards, as well as creating sustainable thought and action patterns for everybody involved in construction and planning.
