Interior construction of Deloitte office building

The consulting firm Deloitte has its new Swiss headquarters on Zurich’s Pfingstweidstrasse in Prime 2. Here, the company has around 1,600 workplaces on 11,000 m2 at its disposal. As the main tenant, Deloitte sets ambitious sustainability targets and attaches great importance to energy and water efficiency. For this reason, attention was also paid to making optimum use of daylight conditions, for example.

Intep certified the interior design of Prime 2 according to the LEED standard ID+C: Commercial Interiors. The building achieved the LEED “Gold” level and therefore fulfilled the project objective.
