Construction quality management and construction quality assurance represent the overarching interface be-tween the various parties involved in a construction project. In this way, we ensure a smooth process across all liai-son points, compliance with costs and targets, and successful project completion.

The more specialist planners and stakeholders are involved in a construction project, the more likely it is that con-flicts of objectives will arise due to different specialist objectives, such as resources, deadlines or cost manage-ment. Project-related quality management counteracts this by clarifying responsibilities and interfaces in the early project phases and coordinating the way project changes are handled, thus having an interdisciplinary effect.

For this purpose, we create clear allocation of tasks, deal with project risks and opportunities and recommend appropriate measures. In doing so, we make use of sensible and foresighted reporting and risk management and document processes (e.g. operational concept). For quality assurance we conduct reviews and audits.
