Ricco Lockenvitz studied Economic Geography and Spatial Development Policy (M.Sc.) at JLU Giessen. Through his work as a real estate appraiser, he brings a solid understanding of properties and their requirements — from valuation to development. At intep, he focuses on the sustainable development and management of real estate. He manages projects in both new construction and existing properties, helping to make properties ecologically and energy-efficiently future-proof.
