Dr. Christian Schmid

As division manager, Dr. Christian Schmid focuses on the field of socio-economic consulting and research. He is an expert in the sustainable development of neighborhoods, communities, cities and regions, the moderation of stakeholder processes, consulting on user behavior and sufficiency as well as the preparation of impact analyses. Dr. Christian Schmid is adept at leading interdisciplinary project teams and has successfully established and developed a business division. He also coordinates continuous improvement processes in accordance with EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management).
