Andrea Pelzeter is a professor at the Berlin School of Economics and Law and heads the Facility Management (FM) department. Professor Pelzeter runs the consulting firm “Pelzeter – Lifecycle Management” and chaired the Sustainability Working Group of the FM association gefma from 2012 to 2023.
Professor Orehounig is a professor in the research area of building physics and building ecology at the Vienna University of Technology. Previously, Professor Orehounig led the Urban Energy Systems Laboratory at Empa (the Swiss Federal Laboratories for Materials Science and Technology) and lectured at ETH Zurich.
Felix Hauser is Executive Director at UBS Group Internal Consulting. He guides AI-driven transformations from strategy to implementation and helps UBS scale AI from the experimentation phase to measurable business value.
Dipl.-Ing. Harald Strommer is Managing Director of successfactory management coaching GmbH in Leoben. For over 25 years, he has supported companies in strategic management, lean management, and production and quality management. He is an EFQM Lead Assessor, EFQM Trainer, certified coach, and university lecturer in organizational development.
Dr. sc. techn. Sybil Anwander is a sustainability expert with many years of leadership experience in business, consulting, and public administration. Her focus areas include sustainable supply chains, biodiversity, impact assessment, as well as climate and agricultural economics.
Joel Schurke was Vice President Real Estate at the University of Minnesota from 2012 to 2024. Since 2024 he is head of intep Minneapolis. He combines extensive leadership experience with a great passion for sustainability.
