Fynn Waßerroth studied Technical Facility Management (B.Eng.) at HWR Berlin and completed a Master of Science in Sustainable Building Planning at the Berlin University of Applied Sciences (BHT). Through responsibility for the operation and maintenance of listed buildings as well as building services engineering at Urban Tech Republic Berlin, he gained extensive hands‑on experience at the interface of operations, technology, and sustainability. At intep, he contributes to certification projects according to BNB, DGNB, and LEED, as well as commissioning and facility management projects. His technical focus is on building services engineering.
