With active mobility management, a company can influence the mobility habits of its workforce. Various instru-ments are used to raise awareness among the workforce or to implement infrastructural measures. The basis of mobility management is an analysis of the current situation, i.e. current mobility behavior within the company. From this, a target path is derived, which leads to a defined target state. With a sound data basis, targeted measures can then be taken, for example in the form of a workshop, with the aim of imparting knowledge and sensitizing employees to sustainable development. Depending on the company context, hard measures are also available, by means of which the infrastructure can be adapted to the target path.
