Analyst
Franziska Riedmann completed her studies with a master's degree in Property Management. In addition, she gained experience in construction project management, in property-related strategy consulting with a focus on CREM and REIM, and, last but not least, in the basic structure of facility management. At intep, she works in the Property Management team.
About me
The impact of property is enormous – socially, ecologically and economically. During my studies, I realised how drastically the industry needs to change in order to generate a positive impact for all three areas. This complex task necessitates that we question the status quo of the property industry. I am delighted to be doing exactly that at intep and to be able to represent my personal values in my professional environment.
