Katrin Mark

In her consulting mandates, Katrin Mark is committed to sustainable real estate management and develops solutions to ensure the sector’s future viability. Her focus is on sustainable real estate and facility management as well as strategic organizational and process consulting. Katrin Mark has interdisciplinary knowledge and many years of experience in real estate consulting, always considering the entire life cycle of real estate. One focus is on life cycle costs, which she also teaches as a guest lecturer at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts and whose recording methods she is developing further in an IFMA Switzerland expert group.
