Area and Neighborhood Management

We accompany stakeholder processes so that sustainability strategies and corresponding measures can be ac-cepted and implemented within communities or neighborhoods. Area and neighborhood management steers and coordinates the implementation of area development strategies with the various stakeholders involved.

We support the area management with an interdisciplinary project team and ensure that all relevant planning ba-ses, subprojects and the central stakeholders with their different needs are taken into account. We conduct partic-ipatory processes, develop stakeholder-specific communication measures and provide proactive project man-agement support. From an external, neutral position, we create an appropriate project plan and identify depend-encies and cooperation needs at an early stage. An integral view and associated sustainable management are the focus of our support.
