About me

As a senior consultant and team leader in real estate and facility management, I manage interesting real estate projects in all life cycle phases. Due to my interdisciplinary background and my experience in sustainable construction and 2000-watt area development, I have been advising clients since 2011 on the development of lifecycle-oriented sustainability concepts and strategies for real estate projects and their management.

Due to the digital transformation of the real estate industry and the increasing demand for sustainable and valuable real estate operations, I develop solutions for clients in Switzerland and Germany in relation to a wide range of topics related to the real estate life cycle. With a focus on facility management during planning and construction, the development of FM strategies and concepts,as well as the support of outsourcing processes in FM, I practice integral planning at intep.
