Dr. Feng Lu-Pagenkopf

Dr. Feng Lu-Pagenkopf holds a doctorate in architecture and is an experienced urban planner with a focus on sustainability and international cooperation. She specializes in low-carbon buildings and master plans for sustainable site and urban development. She also has expertise in facility management, construction management and the development of standards. At intep, Dr. Feng Lu-Pagenkopf bundles her experience in sustainable building consulting and manages various international cooperation projects with China. She is also a “Senior Overseas Advisor” on sustainable building at several elite Chinese universities.
